What we collect
- Account and shipping details you enter: name, email address, phone number, street address, city, state or region, postal code, and country.
- Order records: items and quantities, shipping method, totals, order status, tracking numbers, and the cryptocurrency coin and transaction hash you submit as payment reference.
- Support chat: the messages you send in the chat widget and our replies, kept with the conversation.
- Basic visit data used to run live support: the pages viewed in a session and how long the session has been active.
- Email delivery records for the notifications we send you, such as order tracking and account emails.
We do not take card numbers and we do not hold your wallet keys. We do not sell personal information.
Why we use it
To confirm and ship orders, verify payment, send account and tracking notifications, answer support requests, keep order history available in your account, and detect misuse.
Who processes it
Data is stored in the hosting and database platform that runs this site, and email notifications are sent through our email delivery provider. Shipping carriers receive the delivery details needed to carry your parcel. Support-chat alerts may be forwarded to our internal team messaging tool.
Retention
Account and order records are kept while your account is open and afterwards for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute purposes. Chat transcripts and visit records are kept for support review and then removed.
Your choices
You can view and edit your name, phone number, and shipping address at any time in the Account tab. To request a copy or deletion of your data, contact us with the email address on your account. Deleting an account does not remove records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.
Security
Access to customer records is limited to accounts with an administrator role, and protected data is only served to a signed-in user for their own records. No system is perfectly secure, so please tell us promptly if you think your account has been misused.
