Processing
Orders are prepared once the crypto payment for the order has been confirmed on-chain and marked paid. Until then the order sits in an awaiting-payment state and is not packed.

A shipping method is chosen at checkout and added to the order total. Carrier transit estimates are the carrier's, not a guarantee.
Tracking
When a tracking number is added to your order it appears in the Account tab and you also receive an email notification. If tracking has not moved for several days, contact the carrier first with that number, then tell us.
Addresses and delivery problems
Please check your shipping details before submitting — parcels lost after delivery to an incorrect address you supplied cannot be replaced. Report damage in transit or a missing parcel within a reasonable period of the delivery date, with photos where relevant, and we will work through it with you.
Returns
Because these are research materials whose integrity depends on storage and cold-chain handling, opened vials and any item that has left our control cannot be returned or resold. Unopened items may be considered for return only by prior arrangement with us.
If an item arrives incorrect, damaged, or materially out of specification for its lot, contact us with your order number and we will replace it or credit the order.
